Meet Our Agents: Joy Pate
| Joy offers a wealth of real estate knowledge with over 10 years in the industry. She has been in the Upstate since the early 1970s and is a graduate of Wyatt School of Real Estate and is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Although Joy has a client base of investors, buyers that are downsizing, and those selling large parcels of land, the best reward of real estate is the excitement of helping buyers find their first home!
Joy has been married for 25 years. She and her husband have one son who is married to a wonderful young lady. Joy’s pastime is spoiling her six-year-old granddaughter as well as reading, camping, and traveling. |
