Meet Our Agents: Nick Franchina
| Nick founded Access Realty, LLC in 1999 with just three agents, focusing primarily on residential and land purchases and sales. By 2001, the company grew significantly — expanding to 25 agents and 4 staff personnel — and it now has two locations. Nick attended North Greenville College and received a B.A. from Fairmont State. He is an active member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, Anderson Association of REALTORS®, Charleston Association of REALTORS®, South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and The National Association of Real Estate Consultants. |
