| Mauricio has 19 years of banking experience from working in mortgage and commercial financing, assisting customers with programs in compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and VA loans, helping customers with financial counseling, and mitigating losses to financial institutions and their customers. He was also a former manager of collections for several manufacturing-housing establishments. Mauricio is a graduate of Broward Community College, School of Administration, Business Management and Accounting and the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, South Carolina Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. |
