Nick Franchina (Owner/BIC) founded Access Realty, LLC in 1999, beginning with three agents focusing primarily on residential and land purchases and sales. By 2001, the company grew significantly, expanding to 25 agents, 4 staff personnel, and two locations.

Currently, Access Realty, LLC assists its clients with the purchase and sale of residential homes, land, and commercial property, development and works with builders to market new residential and commercial projects. Access now has over 40 agents and growing.
Nick, a native of Greenville loves spending time with his wife and their 4 children.
